DSL 300 delivers firm traction exactly where the risk is highest: on vertical ladders with no platform beneath the user. Designed for fixed ship-style ladders, towers, tanks, and confined areas, the tubular cover adds a high-grip surface to each rung—helping prevent slips in locations where a misstep has no margin.
It supports requirements for firm, stable, slip-resistant walking/working surfaces (in Brazil, aligns with NR 8, item 8.3.5 of Law Nº 6.514/77 – CLT). Custom-produced to length and inner diameter, DSL 300 features a 3 mm body and bonds with polyurethane adhesive (DSL 500) for a solid grip on steel, iron, aluminum, fiberglass, and similar substrates. Available in low and medium profiles with custom colors, it maintains traction in contact with fluids, oil, or vapor and tolerates heavy cleaning—hot water, high pressure, industrial detergents and degreasers. Rapid installation; typical adhesive cure around 40 minutes with minimal site prep.
